Renting & selling properties in Warsaw

About

Tomasz Jaegermann

My name is Tomasz Jaegermann. With over 10 years’ experience in Warsaw’s real estate, I am the founder of WIADOMO, a real estate agency which specialises in sales and rentals of properties located in central Warsaw.

I have decided to start my own real estate agency because discovering new properties that come on the market, getting to know their history and their owners gives me a great deal of personal satisfaction. As a real estate agent, I often bear witness to life-changing decisions my clients make and am well aware of the responsibility I have to help them make the right choice for their future.

Our mission at WIADOMO is rooted in a desire to reform the Warsaw real estate market, which is extremely hard to navigate for local residents, let alone for the newcomers to our wonderful city.

At WIADOMO we strive to turn a market that is chaotic and unreliable into trustworthy, thoroughly inspected real estate offers. We achieve this through:

  • careful preparation of all our offers before they appear on the market;
  • obtaining thorough and well-documented information related to each property;
  • transparent and reliable communication with our clients.

We have extensive experience working with international clients, especially diplomatic contract staff and international corporations’ employees.

We focus on finding both the best property for the client’s needs, but also a location within our city that is best suited to their lifestyle.

We also offer assistance with formalities and are happy to help with other aspects of making a home in Warsaw.

We look forward to working with you!

Realizations

Willowa

A unique apartment for sale located in a pre-war tenement house designed by Edward Flatau in 1925. The apartment boasts perfectly preserved window boxes and ornamental elements, high ceilings, original parquet floors and two balconies overlooking Willowa St. The owner “left her home in good hands” and gave the current owner an ornate, 19 century dresser as a gift.

Siedmiogrodzka

The current owner purchased the apartment as an investment in the rapidly developing business hub near Rondo Daszyńskiego. Decorated to a high-standard minimalist style, the flat is accentuated with timeless staples of Italian design. Located on the 14th floor, the apartment offers a panoramic view of Warsaw. Coming to a comfortable 70m2, the apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a living room with an open kitchen. This brand new apartment waited for its first tenants for less than a month.

Hoża

The owners’ initial plan was to put up their apartment for sale, but they ended up renting it out for three years to a charming tenant from France. The apartment has very high ceilings, a spacious living area with an open kitchen, and a separate sleeping area. The current tenant is a frequent traveller and quotes both the elevator and the wonderful view over the rooftops of the neighbouring tenement houses as particularly important elements that make this offer special.

Wilcza

A newly-renovated, fully-equipped and partly-furnished apartment for sale located on Wilcza St. Although it comes under 40m2, it has both a separate bedroom and large windows which make the space light and airy. The owner tastefully decorated the apartment with unique elements such as the bottle green herringbone tiles on the bathroom statement wall and the freshly renovated original parquet floors. The apartment is also available for short-term rentals.

Figiel

A modern 160m2 apartment for sale located in the vicinity of the popular Park Szczęśliwicki. With a wood-decked terrace running along its entire length, and a living room with a semi-open kitchen, this is a spacious apartment that nevertheless offers comfort and privacy. A master bedroom with a separate bathroom and wardrobe offers a separate area from two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room. The flat comes with two parking spaces, one in an underground garage, as well as a storage unit. Park Szczęśliwicki and the amenities of this rapidly developing residential area are right on the doorstep of this apartment, without taking away from the quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Racławicka

A bright corner flat in a tenement house located on Racławicka St. A cosy 42m2 apartment which is quite intimate, with the privacy enhanced by the fact that there are two large chestnut trees instead of neighbours looking in through the large windows. Though extremely quiet, the apartment is located in a lively area, and the proximity of the Racławicka metro station is an added advantage. The flat sold in under three weeks.

Hoża

An apartment for rent in a historic tenement house on Hoża St, overlooking the greenery of a large garden belonging to the neighbouring Order of the Franciscan Sisters. Three spacious rooms that have plenty of character because of the pre-war fireplace, creaking parquet floors, and an ornate balcony. In the afternoons the sun shines through the windows of the living area which more than makes up for the lack of an elevator in the building. Bright, tall and with a beautiful view, the space has now been rented, and the new tenants decorated their home with artworks by such celebrated artists as Edward Dwurnik.

Daniłowiczowska

A forgotten street and a forgotten tenement house built in 1911 as a residence for the employees of the Central Bank of Poland. Beautiful high ceilings of this 40m2 apartment furbished with tall new windows bring plenty of light and space to the living room with an open kitchen. The bedroom is located on an easily accessible mezzanine. Furnished and fully-equipped, the apartment is waiting for its first tenant who will be able to enjoy the nearby parks, a lively street life and cultural attractions.
